. Public Relations Manager – Maldives Cluster
. The Public Relations Manager Maldives is responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating a proactive communications plan for the Cluster of resorts to key audiences in external markets, working closely with the sales team to ensure a holistic approach to sales, marketing and PR, managing all appointed PR agencies and liaising with all internal departments and the resorts’ management in order to maximize positive exposure of the resorts to drive bookings
* A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
* Minimum of four years public relations experience in either a PR agency or in-house role
* Experience in managing and implementing PR programs across different markets
* Experience in dealing with International media relevant to high-end hospitality
* A proven track record in managing successful PR campaigns and press offices
* Able to work both independently and as part of a local and cluster team
* Fluency in written and spoken English – fluency in other European language is highly desirable
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office software, Adobe and other technology programs appropriate for writing and preparing PR releases and materials
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
Assistant Executive Housekeeper
* A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
* Demonstrated experience in problem solving and decision making
* Excellent leadership skills, inter-personal and communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Knowledge of Fidelio/Opera is essential
* Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or a similar role is essential
* Excellent command of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
