Chef

Job Summary:

• One of the most important figures on the yacht, the role extends from cooking great meals to ensuring supply of food items, preparation on the table and cleaning. It is the responsibility of the Chef to provide all meals to both Guest and Crew.
• Should be able to prepare dishes from basic to the exotic and must be able to create magical menus with sometimes scarce supplies.
• Must be open to challenges and flexible in operation. You would be required to participate in yacht up keeping works along with other crews.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: USD800.00
• Health Care, Annual Leave, Return Ticket to home, Career Development Opportunities & Salary reviews based on performance and company policy.

Skills and Competencies:

• Certificates in Culinary / Cooking training preferred. • Highly experienced as a Chef, Sample menu plans (7 days) and Photographs of food presentation for review is advised.
• Vast Knowledge of Commodities.
• Flexible and able to manage quick menu changes; Knowledge of nutrition and restricted diets and food allergies, able to work in limited refrigeration and cooking space; able to feed 10 Guests and 4 Crews alone with limited help.
• Must have passed through HACCAP and should have good hygiene management.
• Able to work long hours without getting sea sickness.

Butler

Job Summary:

A true multi-tasker, the Butler is responsible for all interior areas of the vessel – both crew and guests. The overall function is to enhance the enjoyment of the guest with first class service and an exceptional eye for detail in the interior presentation of the vessel.

Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Salary: USD500.00

Skills and Competencies:

• Superb guest service, waiter, barman and house keeping skills are mandatory.
• Ability to communicate in English and excellent references is mandatory.
• Flexible and able to work as a team.
• Ability to professionally interact with top service demanding guests is a must.
• Experience of Deck Service and Line Handling is necessary.
• Able to work long hours without getting sea sickness.
