Suitable candidates should possess

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPointCertified in Microsoft exams
* Certified in Networking exams (ex. CCNA, CCNP)
* Fluency in English
* Knowledge of Galaxy, Infrasys, PABX, Back office systems (Platinum, PAYPAC, TAS and HR Suite), Virus protection systems, FCS Voice mail system, FCS E-connect system, Call accounting system, Electronic Door looking System (Onity), CISCO Hardware/Network equipments, 3COM Network Equipments.

He / She should also be energetic, be flexible to work different shifts, possess a good command of English, good team spirit.
