JOB VACANCY
Kanuhura, Maldives is one of the 5* luxury resorts managed by Sun Resorts Ltd, a world renowned and award-winning resort group.We are urgently seeking for young and dynamic individuals for the position of:
SOUS CHEF for our Mediterranean Restaurant
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in similar position as Sous Chef in Mediterranean cuisine
• Candidates with Island experience would be an advantage
• Candidates who can speak Italian would be an advantage
• Must be willing to lead and develop a team of multi-cultured nationals.
• Single status preferred
DEMI CHEF
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in similar position as Demi Chef
• Must have knowledge of Theme and International Buffet preparations and presentations.
• Must have good knowledge and command of the English language to communicate to guests
• Working with multi-cultured brigade an advantage
• Previous experience in Maldives would be an advantage
