The Position

We are currently seeking the right candidate for Marine Biologist for the Marine Centre that will assist in guest snorkeling experiences, underwater life presentations, coral planting program, and other project/ program which may involve Marine Biologist professional knowledge and skills.

The position requires an experienced certified Marine Biologist who can work with minimum supervision and a self starter, a person who understand the hospitality industry and commit to customer satisfaction.

This position requires you to report directly to the Dive Centre Manager on the Marine Centre operations and assist the Diving Centre whenever need arise.

This position needs to effectively lead continually assess and develop the Marine Centre product standards and customer experiences.

Is This You?

* A European nationality female with certified Marine Biologist in profession (Preferable Bac. Degree)
* At least 2 years experiences similar position. With experience in 5-star hotel/ resort will be an advantage
* Can be innovative and creative to keep the Marine Centre activities at world class level
* Great interpersonal skills and can act autonomously
* Can communicate well and is fluent in English, additional language will be an advantage
* Extremely guest focused and will go to all levels to ensure ultimate guest satisfaction
* Well organized, with an ability to work well under pressure
* Capable of proactive problem solving and complaint resolution.
* A team player and can cultivate a team oriented culture within your department and contribute to the Resort management team.

What is the Position Package?

Based on Baros Island, Salary in US$ tax free, Service Charge payment monthly, Single Accommodation, Flight ticket to Home Country once a year, 30 days annual leave, all meals free at Executive Canteen, Beverage allowances, use of recreational facilities. 2 years contract; renewable on annual basis thereafter.
