KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 02 years Experience in a similar position with excellent academic background
- Able to manage the operational and administrative functions of Food & - Beverage Department
- Must have sound knowledge of Food & Beverage Products
- Able to Maintain and develop the productivity, food quality and service standard
- Innovative & ready to take up challenges
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to conduct employee trainings
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and Flexible
- Person with a Positive “can do attitude”
- Able to Work with Employees from Diverse Cultural Background
