We are looking for the following team members:
Sous Chef – Team Restaurant
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in Culinary management in the hospitality industry.
* Trade certificate or higher level qualification from a recognized culinary school.
* Responsible for all production, menu compliance, daily operation as well as safety and sanitation. Specific responsibilities include: maintaining and upgrading quality standards and production levels, promoting safety and sanitation, inspections of main kitchen, cafeteria areas and employees for proper sanitation, training.
* Maintaining budgeted labor and food cost, create recipes/consumption.
Junior Sous Chef
* Culinary expertise in Western and Asian cuisine.
* Challenge of working in a stimulating and demanding environment.
* Previous experience in similar position or Senior Chef de Partie in a 6 star property is essential.
* Ability to motivate and lead a multi-cultural team.
* English language skills and knowledge of an additional European Language is desirable.
* Responsible to assist in the supervision of the Trainees, Commis, Demi & Chef de Parties.
Personal Trainer / Wellness Coordinator
* Strong customer awareness and focus.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate flexibly with members.
* Good knowledge of up-to-date approaches to health & fitness.
* Minimum 2 years experience of working in a gym.
* Personal Trainer and Pilates certificate from a recognized Fitness School.
