Front Office Manager

We are looking for a Front Office Manager who has experience working in island resorts. We require someone who is very hands on and knows how to handle a diverse team. The remuneration & benefit package will be based on the experience of the applicant.

Housekeeping Clerk

The key responsibilities for this position are:
* Ensuring that all guest requests are dealt with quickly and professionally, with none forgotten or ignored, and ensure the Guest Service Centre is kept informed of the progress of each request as appropriate.
* Liaising and coordinating with colleagues across department, when working to solve a guests problem
* Handling of Lost and found record and processes

Beautician / Hairdresser

We are looking for a Beautician/Hairdresser who has intensive training and work experience in salon. We require someone who has the ability to interact with guest and employees. Responsible for consultation, education and creative execution to guests regarding their hair, skin and/or nail care.

Engineering Supervisor

The key responsibilities for this position are:
* Assign the engineering team according to daily work schedule, to handle planned maintenance and respond to guest requests and emergency situations.
* Supervise the engineering team in the effective completion of their duties
* Work with other operational departments to ensure that they have all required engineering support to perform their duties.
* Check air conditioning, water, fire safety systems of the hotel and maintain them according to required standards.
* Close coordination with all other departments of the hotel to maintain their equipment in day-to-day operation.
* Supervise work of external contractors on behalf of the hotel. Support external inspectors in the execution of their inspections.
