We are looking for the following Team Members!

Spa Manager

* University degree or practical experience in lieu
* Strong team leader with a passion for quality
* Experience working in multi-cultural and international environments
* Previous work experience of at least five (5) years or more in spa roles including three (3) years management experience, preferably in a large day spa or “5 Star” Resort Spa
* People management, influence, communication, developing relationships, planning, decision making, commercial awareness and resilience are key competencies required for this role

Purchasing Coordinator

* Diploma or a Tertiary qualification in Accounting is required
* A team player who meets deadlines, flexible and good with the numbers
* Strong organizational & negotiation skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Check EAM and SUN systems is required for this role
* Previous work experience of at least Three (3) years or more in Finance roles including Two (02) years experience in a similar role is essential

Personal Trainer / Wellness Coordinator

* Strong customer awareness and focus
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate flexibly with members
* Good knowledge of up-to-date approaches to health & fitness
* Minimum 2 years experience of working in a gym
* Personal Trainer and Pilates certificate from a recognized Fitness School

Employee Relations Coordinator / Manager [Depending on Experience]

* Ability to Multi-task
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* A team leader and ability to meet strict deadlines
* Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
* Ability to improve and coordinate Employee Engagement Activities
* Passion to deliver exceptional service for team members and an eye for detail with people management skills are main competencies required for this role
