We are currently seeking a bright, energetic professional to join our dynamic HR Team!
Position: Human Resources Officer
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Previous Experience in Human Resources
* Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluency in English & Dhivehi
Will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department in all aspects including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Reward & Recognition Programs and Training & Development. Will organise the day-to-day activities of the HR Department and Create / maintain administrative systems required to ensure efficient, smooth functioning of the department.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, with a ‘can-do’ attitude & a great team spirit.
