KITCHEN

1. Pastry Chef
Job Scope:
- Responsible for the supervision of pastry brigade in the preparation of pastries, desserts, cakes, pies, cookies, chocolate, rolls and all types of bread for all the outlets of the resort
- Assist in managing and training the pastry brigade to the level and standard as demanded by the hotel’s guidelines
- Monitors and directs the food standards to be achieved in your designated area

Qualification:
- With at least three years work experience on the same post
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
- Ensures that all baked goods, pastries and deserts are visually attractive and eye appealing
- Guest focused with strong attention to details

2. Sous Chef
Job Scope:
- Responsible for supervision of kitchen brigade within your designated area
- Assist the Executive Sous Chef in planning and implementation of daily menus
- Prepare market lists in line with the resort’s occupancy and budgeted costs

Qualification:
- With at least three years work experience on the same post
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Complies with company’s Hygiene and sanitation standard
- Ability to train and motivate subordinates

3. Chef de Partie (Butcher)
Job Scope:
- To ensure smooth operations of butchery-fishery section
- Ensure adherence to standard quality concerning all butcher items stored and delivered to outlets
- Directly responsible for the control of incoming and out going meat, fish and seafood items

Qualification:
- With at least two years work experience on the same post
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Complies with company’s Hygiene and sanitation standard

4. Demi Chef de Partie (Maldivian)
Job Scope:
- To prepare and serve food according to given instructions and following the resorts quality guidelines
- Maintains timely preparation, food finishing and garnishing of menu items, including buffet preparation
- Participates on food preparation and presentation during meal hours

Qualification:
- With at least two years work experience
- Knowledge of basic food preparation, presentation and preservation
- Ability to organize and complete work in accordance to deadlines

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE

1. Restaurant Manager
Job Scope:
- Oversee the implementation of service and brand standards
- Develop and implement promotions calendar for F&B products and events
- Manage department wage and food cost

Qualifications:

- With at least three years experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- With thorough knowledge in Fidelio/Opera/Micros system

2. Restaurant Crew (Maldivian)
Job Scope:
- Promote the identity of the restaurant, building rapport and a sense of personalized service towards guests
- You will have a good knowledge of the restaurant's promotions and products and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises, in order to maximise hotel sales.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills

ENGINEERING

1.AV Technician (Maldivian)
Job Scope:
- Carries out daily testing of Audio Video equipments before the functions
- Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all related equipments
- Carries out energy conservation and control in order to reduce energy cost in the Hotel

Qualifications:
- With at least two years experience on the same post
- With technical diploma or formal training
- With excellent communication skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task

2. Welder (Maldivian)
Job Scope:
- Use hand welding and frame-cutting equipment to join metal components as specified by layouts, work orders or blueprints
- Repairs broken parts using welding equipment

- Must have the ability to multi-task
